Lesley has been involved with DSTO since it started training local Door Supervisors in Bournemouth in 1998. Subsequently she has seen the company grow into a national operator offering a range of  industry related qualifications. Lesley also owns a retail shop selling work clothing, Head2 toe and in 2013 was nominated and won the Venus Online Business of the Year Award for Dorset.
